This recording, based on a collaboration with choreographer AC Petersen, is a contemporary re-telling of the popular Japanese Noh play, Matsukaze, in which the ghosts of two sisters inhabit a pine tree. Performed by two dancers, one soprano, three voices, koto, oboe, harmonium and percussion.
