Recently he worked for Agilent Technologies as a program manager providing Radio-Frequency (RF) Surveillance solutions to government customers. During his tenure at Agilent, Brian led business development efforts in several European companies as a Foreign Service Employee.in Paris, France. Mr. Arbanas holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah, and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington. Brian has actively served as a member of the GlobalArts Board of Directors since 2002.
